Макет первый, укажите на ошибки и недочеты явные верстки каркаса HTML, и оформления стилей. Дайте общую оценку верстки. Скажите насколько такая верстка"сырая" . Я согласен что id не должно быть много на странице, но для главных блоков @morohon, можешь смело использовать, на них никто и никогда не будет вешать js.
