Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте снова
На сайте надо блоки "Подарки и сувениры", "Дизайн" упорядочить по верхней границе. Попробовал стиль:
для div.rt-block.cp - справляется, надо только будет тогда display: inline-block; у них убрать. Это правильный метод или лучше что-то другое использовать для div.rt-block.cp, у которых сейчас display: inline-block; ?
