Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте!
Подскажите, пожалуйста, как сверстать такой вот адаптивный слайдер или может быть есть подобные в сети?
Важно то, что бы изменялся фон и автор проекта, а так же имя и название. Что бы все было ссылкой.
