Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Хочу сделать блок с вертикальной прокруткой. Но без полосы прокрутки сбоку. Чтобы можно было зажать левую кнопку мыши на блоке и тащить его вверх или вниз. Как такое сделать? Можно ли обойтись без JS?
