Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Данный прямоугольник есть на странице в самом низу. Если его нет, то нужно слева раскрыть менюшку. Или как вариант помасштабировать.
В других браузерах такого нет. Что это может быть, баг IE?
