Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Как заверстать так чтоыб между ценой и надписью было такое подчеркивание? Чего-то не сображу. Как бы вариант давать подчеркивание всей строке и обернуть фразу и цену в спан с белым фоном и падинг сделать вниз чтоыб перкрыть пунктир.
