Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Ребят, возникла проблема. Разметил страницу опен графом, кодировка utf8, в .htaccess также отметил utf8. В браузерах всё отображается нормально. Но стоит вставить ссылку в какую-нибудь соц сеть, как та выводит вместо кириллицы абракадабру... Что это может быть? В интернете о такой проблеме вообще нет инфы
