Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

На телефонах есть небольшая проблемка с текстом.
вот посмотрите даже как этот сайт выглядит на моей lumia 820 http://hostingkartinok.com/show-image.php?id=25d50a77661f9ce11cb868e90e652e8e
как видим все как на компе, НО ТЕКСТ отображается не так, по своему как то(и размер шрифта и все другое). у меня часто из-за этого верстка рушится на телефонах.
у меня 3 вопроса.
1) Что это?
2) Зачем это нужно?
3) как управлять этим?
