У тебя в <div class="branding"> лежат два дива. Тот который .main_width имеет следующие правила: margin: 0 auto; width: 77% !important; min-width: 960px. Соответственно тебе надо переместить <div class="mmenu"> в <div class="main_width">. <div id="logo"> поплывет влево, а <div class="mmenu"> вправо. Плюс еще нужно добавить <div class="main_width clearfix">.

P.S. Выбираешь в меню внешний вид -> управление стилями -> выбираешь тему -> делаешь правки в globalTemplate.
