Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

С недавних пор перестали работать ссылки на скрипты
http://cdn.sencha.io/ext-3.4.0/adapter/ext/ext-base.js
http://cdn.sencha.io/ext-3.4.0/adapter/ext/ext-all.js
Расположил и подключил их локально, но обращение все равно идет к cdn.sencha.io.
В чем может быть проблема?
