Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Доброго дня
прошу помощи в решении такой проблемы
имеется одностраничный лендинг http://frontpage.by
первый блок зафиксировал position:fixed;
меню навигационное только по странице, пример пути href="#box2"
так вот беда такая, что при клике на меню вызываемый блок подлазит под шапку и перекрывается часть заголовка
padding-top к каждому блоку вроде решить можно, но вся страница тогда смотрится с большими просветами между блоками.
помогите, если кто знает
