Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Как сделать так чтобы сайт выглядел при массштабировании как тут
То есть при сильном уменьшении сайт располагался слева, а вправо можна было перемещаться скролом.
А то сейчас обрезается левая сторона...
