Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Можете подсказать пожалуйста? Есть такое условие "Резиновая верстка + адаптив от 1000 пикс до 1920" сам макет шириной 1230px. Как написать стиль css что бы подходило под данное условие? Какие задать

max-width:
или просто width?
