Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Имеем:
блок 1 — с динамической высотой
блок 2 — определенной высоты, виден в любом случае
блок 3 — определенной высоты. Его нужно скрывать, если сумма высот 2 и 3 больше, чем высота 1.
Как это лучше придумать?
