Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

привет! помогите пожалуйста разобраться

на главной есть блоки с баннерами, при наведении содержимое улетает за страницу, даже за подложку.
до такого маразма (с z-index:-2 у картинки и z-index:-1 у текста на баннере) дошел путем экспериментов, пытаясь сделать полностью активной площадь ссылки с баннера.
в таком случае текст как бы внутри ссылки и тоже активен при наведении.
я чего понять не могу - почему при всех равных пропадает содержимое обертки именно при наведении?
