Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте!
Помогите с такой проблемой. Сделал верхнее фиксированное горизонтальное меню, т.е при прокрутке страницы меню остается. Но теперь следующий за меню блок (там картинка) заходит немного за меню. Как его вытащить?
