Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Доброго времени суток, господа. У меня такая нелепая ситуация. Скачал phpDesigner8. Пишу там код, а во вкладке run все браузеры для просмотра исходного кода, кроме IE неактивны. Сталкивался кто-нибудь с такой проблемой? Подскажите, как решить этот вопрос.
