Добрый день. Столкнулся со следующей проблемой. Не меняя рассположение блоков в коде, "прибить" футер к низу, при том что у блоков динамическая высота и на некоторых страница блока 4 может не быть.
Есть следующий код:

Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.
