Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Сколько читал, но так и не понял. Сделал Background repeat:no repeat; Background position:20% 80%;
background attachment: fixed
получилось наоборот. И повторяется, и прокручивается. И вообще хотел уточнить. fixed- фиксирует рисунок на странице или на экране? Потому что у меня получается что на экране. А то что он размножается это я вообще объяснить не могу.
