Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте.
Есть шаблон на нем расположены фото как плитка выложена.
Шаблон: http://template-preview.com/OS/300110857/
Но плитка там сделана на таблицах.
А как можно сделать тоже самое но без таблиц и display:table и без bootstrap.
Хотя бы идею подкиньте в виде примера.
