Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

При вложении одного блока в другой и задании внутреннему блоку отрицательного margin-top возникает странное поведение. Если у внешнего блока есть рамка!, то внутренний блок смещается вверх на заданную величину. Если рамки нет, то вверх смещаются оба блока одновременно. Относительно друг друга блоки не смещаются.

Кто-нибудь может объяснить данное поведение?
