Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Имеется стилизованная кнопка со встроенной в неё всплывающей подсказкой : http://codepen.io/Kristinita/pen/EKxZQO . Как видно, всплывающая подсказка выходит за верхнюю границу экрана, а на экранах c другим разрешением ещё и за правую. Что нужно сделать, чтобы она оставалась в рамках экрана, желательно без полос прокрутки? Спасибо.
