Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

без джаваскрипта реально как то заставить первые 2 блока(со стрелками) центрироватся вертикально в зависимости от кол-ва набитого текста в третьей колонке?
P.S. На сколько я помню нет - но хотелось бы удостовериться наверняка..
