Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Добрый день!
Скачал шаблон сайта. Хотел его отредактировать, но столкнулся с такой проблемой. Когда захожу в стили, то все стили в Sublime text 2, отображаются в одну строчку.
Как можно исправить ?
