Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Добрый день, уважаемые участники форума. буду очень признателен, если поможете решить проблему с меню на сайте http://oporatest.tmweb.ru/index.php/about-us/kak-vstupit-v-oporu-rossii
Дело в том, что если находишься в каком-нибудь подразделе, то при попытке перехода в главный раздел в верхнем меню ничего не происходит. То есть по ссылке выше я нахожусь в материале Как вступить, а при нажатии на пункт меню Об организации не могу перейти на эту страницу. И так во всех пунктах. Ссылка в коде есть, как решить проблему разобраться не смог.
