Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте господа!
Возникла проблема, не знаю как реализовать.
Нужно сделать такой блок, который я на схеме расположил между верхним и нижним блоком. Чтобы у него были внутренние отступы от краёв, как на схеме и он делился на две части ( в одной текст, в другой видео).
Благодарю за ответ и помощь в реализации!
