Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Всем привет,
В wordpress 4.6 установил тему Bootstrap Basic 1.0.11(Bootstrap v.3 basic theme...),
и обнаружил, что она не поддерживает верхнее меню для страниц
Я виджет pages установил в блок "Navigation bar right" - но получилось не совсем меню, а блок ссылок справа вверху.
Можно ли сделать меню и от чего это зависит? от выбранной темы ?
Если это зависит от выбранной темы, то не подскажите хорошую boostrap(совместимую c последними версиями)/woocommerce тему с верхним меню?
В данном случае пишу boostrap/woocommerce плагин...
