Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Нашел в бутстрапе выпадающее меню с кнопкой, при нажатии на которой внешний контейнер родитель добавляет себе класс "open". Вот свойства батома
aria-expanded="false" при нажатии меняется на false true и внешний блок добавляет и удаляет себе класс соответственно. Как так происходит? это без JS? как такого добиться?
