Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

На сайте https://pages.github.com/ по мере продвижения скролла вниз, видно как информационные блоки плавно появляются, как-будто выплывают. Как называются такие эффекты? Где можно подробно почитать, чтобы научиться их делать самостоятельно. А может быть есть уже готовые, которые не сложно кастомизировать?
