Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте участники форума обращаюсь с таким вопросом:
Решил сверстать небольшой примерчик и столкнулся с такой проблемой фоновый цвет блока вылезает за границы картинки снизу,
хотя высота блока в css не была задана в чем проблема не пойму, В прикрепленном файле исходники.
Подскажите решение заранее спасибо
