Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Как сделать два блока одинаковой высоты если размеры указывать в процентах.

Размер красного блока зависит от размера экрана, как подогнать высоту синего блока чтобы она была такая же как и у красного? Текст в синем блоке должен быть в самом низу на уровне нижнего края картинки.
