Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Всем доброго времени суток. Есть такая задача, надо сделать ссылку на другую страницу.
Но не просто на другу страницу а до определенного блока. Страница открылась и происходит скроил до начала нужного нам блока.
Какими средствами можно такую задачу реализовать. Пните в нужную сторону, спасибо ^^
