Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Пытаюсь вот эти кнопочки сделать по макету, на картинках показано как при увеличении сдвигается нижний блок влево,а при уменьшении лепятся друг под друга. Как лучше решить эту проблему? Код у меня такой: https://jsfiddle.net/qcwh4L69/ Надеюсь нормально выложил.
