Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Подключаюсь через FTP к сайту, который нужно отредактировать (делаю это через FileZilla+Notepad++), изменяю тело (index.html), все ок, но на самом сайте информация не обновляется и в исходном коде также без изменений. Зашел даже на хостинг и сделал изменения прямо из под него - тоже самое. В чем может быть проблема?
