Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Скажите пожалуйста, вот как сделать такое же окно ТОЛЬКО заблокированным, т.е. чтобы прокрутка работала, а вот сам блок с текстом был заблокированным, т.е. не только чтобы сам текст не выделялся но и блок в котором текст (как бы словно витрина, смотреть можно, но не трогать)?
