Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Как запустить html код файла внутри другого файла html?
Использую конструкцию вида <link rel="import" href="/podpiska.html">
Код подписной формы находится в файле podpiska.html
А в нужном месте кода index.html вызываю форму подписку вот этой командой: <link rel="import" href="/podpiska.html">
Но почему то не работает.
Поправьте меня пожалуйста.
