Помогите ! Баннер на сайт из HTML ссылки

Привет всем ! Помогите пожалуйста, надо до кучи собрать баннер на сайт, никак не могу разобраться.

Есть HTML ссылка на баннер, мне скинул админ с сервиса Paykassa   http://files.cointraffic.io/ pub / 5985/15775 / index.html  и к этому баннеру надо привязку сделать ссылки, на целевую страницу https://paykassa.pro/?rid=2382 , по итогу чтобы этот баннер HTML формате  можно было установить на сайт.

Не, не пойдет  размер невозможно изменить, привязки ссылки на целевую страницу нет, вот что получается https://prnt.sc/l0s34l

Спасибо, хорошая работа, у меня правда баннеры  на сайте все 200x200,  ну да ладно пусть будет так.
