Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Привет. Вопрос следующий. Как мне сделать так что бы при первом нажатии на кнопку решения капчи переадресовывало на другой сайт, а при нажатии второй раз на кнопку капча решалась? Заранее спасибо
