Здравствуйте, очень понравилась одна идея слайдера( если честно я не знаю как называется полоса для пролистывания сайта справа ).В общем, её можно увидеть на сайте Tesla.com,при пролистывания сайта колесиком мыши, как повторить подобный эффект?Так же на каком языке это реализуется?
