Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

есть большой документ, там много фраз в столбик, все они ссылаются на разные страницы в интернете. Есть какой нить способ приписать всем этим ссылкам target="_blank" ? По отдельности редактировать каждую ссылку возможности нету - сылок сотни ( может больше ), рука отвалиться.
Был вариант сделать cntr+H, найти и поменть все .ru" на .ru" target="_blank", однако там почти все линки ведут на отдельные страницы ( /blah/blah-blah-blah.html ) и на папки...
