div по центру (отличается от предыдущей темы)

border-width: 1px;

}

что нужно написать в этих маргинах, чтобы блок всегда выравнивался по центру в горизонтали при любом разрешении монитора пользователя?

А мне надо чтобы все div'ы внутри этого выравнивались по центру как этого добиться?

То что написано выше работает только в ИЕ
