Не валидируется iframe

Есть такая конструкция:

<iframe width="810px" height="1000px" frameborder="0" margingheight="0" name="bottom" src="new_search_iframe.html" >
</iframe>

Доктайп:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">

Не валидируется :)

Вот баги:

there is no attribute "WIDTH".
there is no attribute "HEIGHT"
there is no attribute "FRAMEBORDER"
there is no attribute "MARGINGHEIGHT"
there is no attribute "NAME"
there is no attribute "SRC"

и в конце-концов

element "IFRAME" undefined

Такое ощущение что он вообще не разрешен для данного доктайпа:/
