Не подскажите ли, как отцентровать по вертикали расположение таблицы внутри тега

vertical-align: middle;

только тогда ты должен в своем div'e явно задать высоту height

если у вас таблица одного размера всегда то можно сделать так:

Ну с абсолютным позиционорованием понятно как сделать. Я думал свойсво {vertical-align: middle;} как-нибудь применить можно.
