Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Схема таблицы:
Как видно на схеме используются таблицы в таблицах.
Основная таблица с тремя блоками,с жесткими рамками по ширине,по высоте ничем не ограничена.
Таблицы 1-1,1-2,1-3, 2-1,2-2,2-3, 3-1 ровняются по верху основной таблицы.
Вопрос как сделать так что бы таблица 3-2 всегда ровнялась по нижнему краю основной таблицы?
