Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Такой вопрос, footerу задан width 100%, нужно растянуть на всю ширину экрана, но если я его выношу за обертку, тогда он растягивается, но между ним и оберткой получается щель, а если я его вкладываю в обертку тогда щели нет, но он равен ширине обертки. И как вообще правильно, выносить его за обертку или нет
