Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Я написал один и тот же код ... но почемуто один работает другой нет? немогу разобраться. помогите должно быть сообщение Winner! в файле x1.html код работает а в файле oxo4.html нет (при выстраивании в ряд трех ООО)
