В общем такая ситуация:

Есть макет из таблицы типа: шапка, лево, центр, право, подвал. В общем обычная трехколоночная структура.

В левой ячейке, 2 блока, по середине - один, справа - тоже 2.

Суть проблемы в том, что в опере и мозиле блок который посередине, накладывается на блоки слева и с права.

Вот код:

а почему у тебя css в коде html? это не правильно. если css находится в отдельном файле то быстрей загружается страница.

Я бы запретил тебе отвечать не в твоих собственных темах, только народ путаешь.

У меня дивы друг на друга налаживаются: там три табличные ячейки, левая - 15%, средняя - 70%, правая - 15%.

У дивов прописана ширина 100% и padding-left: 10px, так вот, когда без паддингов, то все нормально, а когда с паддингами, то они друг на друга налаживаются.

Все верно, ширина 100% это от родительского элемента, когда сдвигаешь падинг, шиирна растет больше 100%. Убери из block_top и block_top_1 паддинги и включи бордер у таблицы, посмотри, средняя ячейка имеет отсутупы, хотя для нее не задана падинги, посмотри за счет чего они образуются.
