Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Как привязать футер к низу страницы если используется Equal Height Columns (overflow: hidden; положительный padding и отрицательный margin)?
О Faux Columns и не напоминайте... для моего случая не подходит...
