Проблемы с выравниванием формы в ячейке в ИЕ 6 и 7

Есть таблица, в шапке таблице в ячейках справа должно быть две стрелочки вверх и вниз ввиде кнопок, в Мозиле и Опере нормально все становяться как надо, а вот в IE 7 и 6 держать их по центру...

Проблема с IE 6 и 7 решила путем добавление вместо margin применив padding, в Опере с margin нормально, но вот в Мозиле из-за margin таблица не уменьшаеться...а если ставить padding, то начинает растягиваться ячейка в Опере...
