Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Уважаемые профессионалы. Я делаю сайты с html-страницами, постиг основы PHP, но есть необходимость создать сайт с динамическими страницами. конкретной литературы типа самоучителя не нашел, те познания, которые выловил в интернете- не дают целостной картины.
Помогите советом- есть ли источник, в котором по полочкам расписано что делать, создавая сайт с динамическими страницами или подскажите что найдете нужным- я очень постараюсь понять.
